bacun taco salad (GF)

Enjoy this gluten-friendly salad that has bacUn bits as an alternative to taco meat without compromising on flavour!  It starts with crispy iceberg lettuce, then is topped with fresh sour 'cream'.  We then add grilled smokey bacUn bit, diced tomatoes, green onions and cheddar style shreds. 


Ingredients and allergens

BacUn: Organic fermented soy beans, water, yeast extract, natural smoke, sugar, non-hydrogenated canola oil, wheat (less than 10ppm), modified palm and palm kernel oils, salt, dextrose, monoglycerides, soya lecithin, potassium sorbate, natural and artificial flavour, vitamin A palmitate and vitamin D3.  Contains: SOY, WHEAT (less than 10ppm)

Sour 'Cream': Water, cashews, concentrated lemon juice, sulfites, lemon oil, yeast extract and salt.  Contains: NUTS

Lettuce: Shredded iceberg lettuce.

Tomato: Freshly diced tomatoes.

Cheddar Style Shreds: Filtered water, tapioca flour, expeller pressed non-GMO canola and/or safflower oil, coconut oil, pea protein, salt, inactive yeast, vegan natural flavours, vegetable glycerin, xanthan gum, yeast extract, citric acid (vegan, for flavour), annatto (for colour) and titanium dioxide (a naturally occurring mineral).
